Sidekick SYP Board size is recommended to be use as a secondary board for cutting fruits or chopping allium to avoid cross-contamination (each kitchen should have at least have two boards; one for meat, another for fruits/bread/allium).

Come in either 'Harmonious' or 'Anachronous' pattern.

This board comes with our standard rubber feet to give stable cutting surface and to avoid back side of the board not drying properly due to moisture on the kitchen counter. Each board also come with our homemade, food-grade board butter.

We offer free name engraving. Please fill in the blank with the wording if you need one before you check out. The engraving will be on the upper left corner - feel free to contact us if you wish for different setup.

Care

Wax regularly - The board butter will moisturise the board to avoid splitting, checking and provide protection from stain of pigmented food. It will also revives the color of the wood.

Apply the board butter once every week for the first month, and then once a month or when it looks dry after that. The more often you're using and washing, the more frequent you need to rewax.

Handwash only - never put in dishwasher. Do not soak in water. Wipe with damp cloths after light use. If rinsing with water, wipe excess moisture with dry cloths afterwards. Use mild detergent and gentle scrub. Do not use metal scrub. Dry immediately after washing.

Do not put under direct sun. 

DISCLAIMER: Like human finger prints, every wood has unique grain. So you will not get the exact same grain as the picture. This also simply mean your board is one of a kind and no other board like it!

Our board is handcrafted, please allow a margin of difference of 1-2cm.
